What are your rental criteria and application process?
Minimum credit score of 640, must make 2.5x the rent in monthly income, and no prior evictions. -

Will depend on which apartment you are applying for. Please see the rental listing or call for details. -
Do you allow pets? If so, what are the pet policies and any associated fees?
Some communities do and some do not. Please check the rental listing or call if you have specific questions about your pet. -

How do I pay rent and request maintenance?
Rent is paid through our online tenant portal or via money order. -
How do I submit a maintenance request?
We have a maintenance portal available on the online tenant portal. For urgent requests you can also call in directly to our main line. -
What is the process for renewing a lease?
We will contact you prior to lease renewal. Call in with specific questions. -
What happens if I need to break my lease early?
We handle these on a case by case basis. PLEASE call us first though. We cannot help if we do not know the situation. If you need to break your lease give us a call and we can discuss options.
